Does hemplegic migraines have anything to do with CADASIL?

A:

Familial hemiplegic migraine is not related to CADASIL, it is not a vascular disorder and it is caused by mutations of other genes. However, CADASIL is increasing the risk of migraine with aura (40% have migraine with aura) and hemiplegic migraine can be observed in CADASIL patients as other types of migraine with aura. (2016):
