Urinary incontinence?

(Prof. Chabriat) "All diseases which result in lesions to the white brain matter may cause urinary urgency. It is not a real incontinence: the bladder and the nerves controlling the bladder are functioning. These patients have control at the brain level which appears however less effective. There are treatments which can alleviate these conditions. If this is a significant discomfort and it is worthwhile to consult an urinary incontinence specialist (service of urinary rehabilitation). If it is not very severe, your condition can be improved."
